What you're buying

The $999 AI Assessment: a 30-minute interview about where your firm's week goes, followed by a written prescription of 3 to 7 named tools with dollar costs, setup times, and estimated hours returned, plus a 4-day quick-start plan. One payment of $999. No subscription, no contract, no software sold by us, ever.

The guarantee

If your written prescription does not identify at least five hours per week of recoverable time for your firm, you don't pay; if you've already paid, we refund you. You may also request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of receiving your prescription. Refunds are honored promptly and without argument.

What our advice is, and isn't

Spring Street AI is an advisory service. Our prescriptions are recommendations based on your answers and our judgment; whether and how to implement them is your decision. We are not a software vendor, and nothing we provide is legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice. Tool prices and features quoted in a prescription belong to their vendors and can change after we write them.

Your data during an engagement

The assessment is built from your interview answers. We do not request, receive, or store your firm's client data. See our privacy page for the full picture.

The boring necessities

These terms are governed by California law. If we update them, the effective date above changes and the current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use the site or services after a change means you accept the current version.
