We treat your information the way we'd want ours treated. This page says exactly what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book an assessment, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects what you type: your name, email address, firm name, and your answers to the booking questions. When you email us, we keep the correspondence. Our website is a set of static pages; our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical data such as IP addresses to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we do with it

We use your information to schedule and run your assessment, write your prescription, and respond to you. That's the whole list.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. And a point we make everywhere else on this site holds here too: the assessment is built from your answers in a 30-minute interview; we do not access your firm's client data, and we don't want to.

Keeping and deleting

We keep assessment records so we can stand behind our written prescriptions and our 60-day guarantee. If you want your information deleted, email us and we'll do it, promptly and without argument.
